Online Enrolment Application

​​Thank you for considering St Joseph's College community for your family. 

Enrolment at St Joseph’s College requires a formal application process, including payment of an application fee and, if successful, an acceptance fee. Families must provide all required documentation for the application to proceed. The College seeks students and families who embrace its values and contribute positively to its community; therefore, a discernment process will follow each application before an enrolment offer is made.

​The Enrolment Process is as follows:

​Step 1​ - Complete ​Enrolment Application Form​​​​

​​Please complete the above form for each child you'd like to enrol. 


Step 2 - Submit Supporting Documents

Forward the following documents to the Enrolments Registrar in PDF Format to scmrenrolment@bne.catholic.edu.au:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (if baptised)
  • ​Last 2 semester school reports
  • NAPLAN report Year 3/5 (as applicable)
  • Any medical or specialist learning reports 
If applicable: 
  • Legal Documentation, including Parenting or Family Orders
  • Medical Action Plan​
  • Student Specialist Assessments
  • Passport and Visa
  • Australian Citizenship (if born overseas)​

Non-disclosure of any information relevant to the application for enrolment may result in discontinuation of the enrolment process or withdrawal of a student's enrolment.

Your application will not be processed until all documentation is sent through and the Enrolment fee is paid.

Please note, submission of an application does not guarantee enrolment at the College.​

Step 4 - Invitation to Interview 

Once the application has been reviewed, your child will be contacted to interview (pending available positions and waitlist).

Step 5 - Pay Confirmation of Enrolment Acceptance Fee

A non-refundable fee of $250.00 for the first child of a new family and $100.00 for each subsequent child of the family will be charged when the enrolment of the student is confirmed. Upon commencement, the fee will be credited to the first Statement of Fees issued. ​

​Please return your Confirmation of Enrolment form, Media consent form, and pay your Acceptance Fee by the due date, as outlined by the Enrolments Registrar, to secure your position.​

Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) Enrolment Policy

This policy outlines Brisbane Catholic Education’s (BCE) principles of enrolment in a BCE school. As inclusive and evangelising communities, we welcome every family who seeks a Catholic Christian education for their children. The enrolment policy supports BCE’s Vision, Mission, and Values. Principals manage local enrolment processes and procedures in a manner consistent with the rationale and guiding principles articulated in this Enrolment Policy and accompanying procedures.​

Enrolment Criteria 

Each application which gives evidence of meeting the primary criteria for enrolment will be considered by the Principal on its merits, having regard to the priority order and factors detailed within the criteria. ​

Uniforms  

Our College has an on-site uniform shop that is convened and managed by Midford.  Since 1946, Midford has provided Australian schools and students with innovative and high quality schoolwear. Information on uniforms is shared at time of enrolment or in the BCE Connect App.
