The college will be situated on a site of 16.76 hectares. Within these parameters, the educational facilities will be broadly clustered into five groups, those for students in Years Prep-2, Years 3-6, Years 7-8, Years 9-10, and Years 11-12. The travel distances for students within clusters will be minimised. The travel distances for staff within the college precinct will be minimised. It is anticipated that there will be some multi-storied buildings. The college will feature an oval that accommodates an eight-lane athletics track, hard courts for tennis and basketball, and will maximise general outdoor recreation space. The movement of students to and from vehicles through car parking and roadways will ensure safety and efficiency, so that students do not cross roadways for pedestrian travel between the college's facilities including sporting facilities. The college will be built in several stages, to keep pace with growing enrolments. In 2019, it will open with students in Prep and Years 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7. It will grow by adding one year level at a time in both the primary and secondary years, so that in 2020 it will add Years 5 and 8, etc.
